We called around 8 pm because of our ice dam and they arrived just after 9pm and started drying out our den. They came several more times and were efficient and meticulous in their clean-up process. We had a small issue in our basement that was not noticed and created quite a problem. We contacted ServePro on a Sunday evening. They responded that night, arrived at our home on time with two vans filled with equipment the next morning. The issue was fixed in hours. Within one week their commercial dehydration units were removed. And construction inside shortly after. I would highly recommend using them if an issue presented itself.
