Feeling was long process it is stressful I felt like at the beginning when my case started things were not properly explained and the person originally over my case should've reached out and had a conversation not through email and explained things that would be happening . At the time of the case agreement, I was told one price then when I agreed to do what I was being pushed to do then was told another price. Also, on top of that I was charged extra fees for them doing what was necessary to help win/settle my case. They may be the largest in the country but I definitely doesn't make them the best.
