Reflecting back, I am glad that I kept the outside voice telling me no at bay. Almost a decade into business, goals remain the same, but the scope has broadened. It is not my story anymore; it is our story. We owe it to ourselves, our customers, the city, and global environmental changes. Everything we undertake should add value and not take away. We are joined by talented people who are stronger and better than us and share the same goals in the changing city.
