Founded in 1965 by Alexis Martin from England, Cleveland City Dance has nurtured generations of dancers. CCD has been offering dynamic dance lessons for over 50 years. Courtney Laves Mearini bought the school in 2004 and moved the dance school from 13108 Shaker Square to Cleveland. We pride ourselves on continuing CCD's award-winning legacy. Our teachers have professional qualifications and enrich our history with over 20 years of experience. They bring combined experiences to help our students unleash their passion for dance. Learning modern and classical dance requires raw talent and dedication. As students progress through our dance classes, their confidence and self-awareness grow.
