Client Feedback: NR Painting Services has been the best painting service one has ever worked with. I called about 30+ different places within a span of 3 months. Some of the places were sketchy and even asked me to do some unethical things like pay the balance of their painting account at a local store in exchange for payment. When I called Gabe I was in a tough situation. I needed services asap and for a reasonable price. After hearing all that I been through, Gabe was able to work with me on price and even scope of time. He was very personable with me. It felt like he treated me as if he cared. Gabe contacted me every step of the way, listened to my concerns and fix whatever I did not like. Reassured me that if anything chipped, that he would come back out to fix. He even offered services for other things that I may need help with in the future. I took him up on that offer and he came out to do some interior drywall work. I have ZERO complaints. I was taken care of from beginning to the end and even after the fact. I will be working with Gabe for my painting services moving forward as I was treated like royalty. Thank you Gabe and team for being there for me when it was most important. Gabriel and his crew did a great job painting my exterior! I'd certainty recommend them for your project. Thank you! I'll start with the positive and perhaps the most important. They spent a lot of time prepping the house and it looks good. It did sound like a party outside every morning between 7-7:30; my neighbors work nights. The negative-beware of any company that says they will meet your budget. It's not the first time it has happened to me. Things go along well for a while and then things start getting renegotiated. There were a few minor repairs to be made in the original agreement. I had to request them many times and still one hasn't been done. During the estimate, I was asked what color I wanted the foundation; when it came time to paint it, I was told it was going to be extra. In the beginning, owner mentioned that he was going to change a rusty corner piece of a gutter-in the end, wouldn't do it-complained about the labor cost-the next painter took about 10 minutes to change it out. The owner has an attitude and a half-told me that he just took the job because he wanted my house to look nice and didn't need the job or the money as if my $10,000 was chump change. The agreement was that they would paint the house one color and the trim another color and that I would paint the porches. My wife decided that she wanted the gables painted a different color. They "cried a river" about that, about how much extra work and inconvenience that would be and wanted an extra $850 to do it. I told them not to bother, but since they had already done it and my idea of where the porch ended was different than theirs, I offered to pay them an extra $1000 for their trouble. (They were still able to paint two coats on the full house in one afternoon!) Even though the balance of the money was not supposed to be paid until the completion of the job, I wanted to be fair and paid them everything except for $1000 which was held back pending completion of the windows which the owner said he would paint after he returned from vacation. (Don't know why his helpers couldn't finish the job-I wasn't going to ask to have the whole house repainted!) Contacted him a couple of weeks later after he returned, said he was busy but would get back to me. Got a text a couple of weeks later which said they would come in a week or two-that never happened. Got a later text that they would come the following week-that didn't happen either. The next week, which by now was 3 months later, received a text saying that they were coming the next day. I told Gabriel that I was out of town and couldn't be there to let them in. He told me that that was the only day they could come because they were busy. So, after waiting for 3 months, I told him that that was really poor service and that there wasn't any good reason why they couldn't just finish me up before starting someone else. Anyway, I hired Margarita Painting, who finished the job and painted what I asked, for $200 less than what I would have had to pay NR. In response: 3 stars is a good review. I have written many 5 star reviews. Your reply is mostly lies. Why all caps? Are you Donald Trump? House was in good shape. Some peeling paint in spots and very little wood replacement. Everything I mentioned that I wanted repaired was mentioned on your first visit and the price you gave me was for everything. As I mentioned, the only thing that I added was a different color at the top of the house which I gave you an additional $1000 for your time and trouble, which was very generous for what was no more than a couple of hours delay. I should have included photos of me having for repaint part of the downspouts and part of the deck I had just newly painted because of paint overspray of the wall color because of not covering/taping over these areas. Or about me having to climb ladders to reattach the clamps for the gutters that were found on the ground because the gutters were just slipped back in together and rehung. Great for you that you have enough relatives to write good reviews for you, but 3 stars is all you get from me. Btw: not even courteous enough to say hello to me after seeing me in a store. I’m extremely happy with the work done by this painter. They showed great attention to detail and made sure every surface was perfectly prepared before painting. The final finish was smooth, even, and looked very professional. They were also punctual and completed the project within the promised time. I appreciated how clean they kept everything during and after the job. Overall, the service was reliable and the results exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire them again. Gabriel was great to work with from start to finish. I really appreciated the time he took before the project began to walk through everything with me, clearly explain the scope of work, and ensure I was comfortable with the pricing—no surprises, which goes a long way.

The results turned out exactly as I had hoped, and I’m very pleased with the final outcome. What stood out even more was his willingness to do a thorough walkthrough at the end and address a punch list to make sure every detail was just right.

Professional, communicative, and committed to quality—I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Gabriel again. Gabriel and his guys did a fantastic job. Thank you for a job well done! Wayne Home built in 1890 and had some repairs/renovations over the years that weren't quite what we wanted. On our list to remedy was a poorly textured ceiling that we thought we would have to replace. Gabriel and his NR Painting Services team somehow sanded down the ceiling leaving a smooth surface. There was no dust. It was like magic. They painted the walls and ceiling, making additional small patches. The professionalism and quality of work were both outstanding. He was a pleasure to work with and we appreciated his attention to detail. Already looking forward to our next project with them! Gabriel and team were prompt and professional when revitalizing my aging porch. They brought it to a new level and protected it from the elements!
