I scheduled an appointment with Bruce online and paid for my massage in advance. I arrived on time for my 7:00 PM appointment, only to find another client there who had a 6:45 PM appointment. Bruce never showed up for either of us. I tried calling the number listed, and the other client even texted him — no response. I also emailed him requesting a refund and have still received no reply. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. The other client mentioned that this has happened to him before, which is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience — I would not recommend booking here.
