Our inspection service includes condos up to 1000 square feet and luxury homes of 15,000+ sq. feet. Each major system will be inspected and operated by us. The age and its functionality will be assessed for each system, and we provide an unbiased, third-party safety, operation, and condition opinion. Roof-top walking is strictly permitted when safe to do so and accessible. Crawlspaces may be unavailable. All new house inspections are meticulously documented and photographed. We also pay attention to the details of your windows and their caulking. Our digital, mobile-friendly report identifies repair builders and includes a request for a remedy.
