Reliable DDC&G offers a recreational gymnastics program that is non-competitive and emphasizes mat skills for all levels. Each class features a floor gymnastics-focused warm-up appropriate for the participant's age and physical maturity. Rolls, headstands, handstands, forward and backward rolls, and cartwheels are among the basics covered. Basic leaps and jumps, locomotor skills, and study of basic dance activities, using the imagination and personal expression are all part of the gymnastics curriculum. Our Creative Gymnastics integrates floor, tramp, and vault skills. Preschoolers and kindergarteners may enroll in Creative Gymnastics and Dance classes.

It was lovely to read about how supportive the staff are to the children to assist them to the next level of learning new skills and how supportive they are to the parents to help pay affordable fees to have their children go out and learn new skills at the centre.
