Freedom Recovery provides patients with the tools they need to continue their recovery journey in the Intensive Outpatient Program. Clients can spend three hours a day, three days a week, moving deeper into the inner landscapes they explored in residential inpatient or making the first steps that eventually brought them to Freedom Recovery. IOP is sometimes the first step in a patient's recovery. IOP is suitable for people in recovery and has a strong support system. Although IOP is intensive, it puts patients in control of their recovery since they are not living in a facility where they are monitored around the clock. Cornerstone staff come from both academic and community backgrounds and will give a firm grasp of the process. This intensive program is concerned with patient care in the first 12 weeks of recovery. Patients will learn to overcome addiction-causing trauma and receive community support. The process helps them to learn about the disease and how to manage it.
Crisis Intervention
Crisis intervention program services are designed to assess and stabilize acute mental illnesses, drug and alcohol abuse and distress, or respond to domestic violence/neglect. The crisis intervention program provides mobile response and walk-in services.
