This firm assured me that not only my case, which was a contest of a probate matter, would be found in my favor, but the hearing, which was one month away at the initial meeting/interview, would end with positive results. At the meeting the day before that hearing, the team not only had trouble finding my file and the case file where in the issues lay, they had forgotten about the hearing date and was so unprepared that in stead of standing up for victims who they assured protection, it was easier to inform me, the day before this very important hearing, that they refuse now to take the case. Where are the defenders of the elderly who need assistance and fair treatment?
