The Center For Healthy Families

Center for Healthy Families empowers parenting teens to achieve health, self-sufficiency and educational success. We address all aspects of pregnancy and parenting in Franklin County. We provide school-based services that include treatment goals for teen parents. It incorporates graduation and parenting under one program. The Center for Healthy Families helps parents get to school and obtain the proper childcare support they need. Parents are supported and matched with resources by resource advocates who provide one-on-one support for 24 months.
