Most customers love her attitude that is very calm and trustworthy around their dogs. She is also patient when handling different dogs and treats them as her own. This has made her to be trusted by many. The groomer has over time been successful and my most uplifting customer since she is very sweet and does the best job grooming my dogs. Sarah is really good with communication before, during, and after the grooming and this is shown when Sarah can send pictures and videos of the dogs to the owner and the process of grooming. The customers have reported that their dogs have never had any problems or injuries. I am among the happy customers that have also enjoyed Sarah's grooming services. Her prices are quite affordable with the quality of the service that she does to be of high standards and worth it. Most of the customers have also reported that they can highly recommend the Dog Loft for grooming since it is a very great place for dogs. So, the Dog Loft is the best dog spa.

My dog looks beautiful. The place I use to go wouldn't have her ready until 6pm. The Dog Loft trys to have all dogs done between 1pm and 3pm. They also get a potty break if needed. I can tell they really love and care for the dogs. I will definitely be a return customer.
