Manda and Lauren, Ohio sisters, have own The W Nail Bar because they grew up in the Midwest and knew they wanted to run their own business. When we reached the decision of what kind of business we wanted, we decided a sustainable and fashionable nail salon. The W, a nail salon that combines enjoyment with professionalism, emerged from this desire. We also desired to create a secure setting in which nail technicians would be respected and appreciated. That's exactly what we did. However, our doors opened and we noticed that the product choices were not matching our standards. So we began to make them ourselves!
