Latecia dreamed of becoming a hairdresser. She knew she had roots in the beauty industry and studied how nails are created. She completed a course and enrolled in a cosmetology program. She has been caring for nails for over 20 years. Latecia’s beauty journey began in her late twenties as it drew to a close. She went through a lot as a child. Latecia is a victim too. She wants to help women know that they are beautiful.
