Ten years ago, Chris Phommas, our founder, heeded a community call that inspired him to build Workline Solutions. This community sought staffing solutions from local firms within thriving industries. The goal was to level the playing fields in a challenging and exciting work environment. As we reflect on this backstory, matches and doesn't match our mission and vision. Customers are calling for flexible and reliable 3PL, Co-Packing and Kitting services. We expect the right processes and people to continue to respond to the call for the next ten years, while still serving our community and customers. What remains the same: Workline connects skilled people with clients, from the community to the clients, and connecting talent to opportunities. Workline serves its team by ensuring that they have a fun yet caring company where everyone can provide outstanding customer service, and the company embraces the highest level of service to customers and a person-centered approach to every job.
