Jeff Caldwell Jeff Caldwell has been in the driving education and training industry for over 30 years, now focusing on young driver training and the continual search for newer, better, and more applicable techniques and theories. Jeff retired from law enforcement after thirty years. He concentrated on traffic enforcement, primarily as a traffic reconstructor who specialized in investigating fatal traffic accidents. Also, Jeff was a member of the motorcycle unit. Moreover, Jeff is a graduate of the United States Department of Homeland Security’s emergency vehicle operations instructor course. Jeff is proud of being a Traffic Safety Specialist III and was instructed by the John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center. Jeff started with the company in the early days as an instructor behind the wheel. When the previous leader decided to leave in 2006, he joined the school management team. Jeff understood the necessity of advancing driver training and the need for research and innovation to keep up with the changing world. This perspective led him to his ultimate goal of taking drivers beyond their basic training. Jeff wants them to be better, more aware, knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced.
