I called Kinlin Law Offices and Mike Kinlin took the case. He kept us posted by phone. He returned phone calls and made things easy to understand.8. My son unexpectedly got himself into trouble. On the 30th of Jan my boyfriend was released from LCI and taken directly back to the county on a contempt of court charge.. He in fact was not being in contempt it he was already incarcerated. I believe it would have been his Lawyers job to appear in court on the defendants behalf and inform the judge that his client was infact already incarcerated and could not appear and request a reschedule. Then my boyfriend was in due in court on the 3rd of February .. Mr. Kinlin was unavailable and set his court date out to the 10th.. When they appeared in court my boyfriend requested to cop out to his charges and plead guilty so this could be over. He was told by the judge and lawyer he would be out that Monday the 10th.. Sad to say he is still sitting in jail because Kinlin filed a motion for his personal bond but forgot to put in an entry for his release. To no avail i have been calling booking and Court of Common Pleas pleading for them to release him and they can not til this Lawyer does his job! This is disturbing and disgusting that a man just sits in jail.. Missing his daughters birthday due to a lawyer clearly failing him over and over. There's my review!10.
