Avoid at all costs Mr. Pulito is taking advantage of an elderly relative of mine with a clear case of dementia and Alzheimer’s. This relative has tried to start a non-sensical case 9 times with other attorney’s and all of them turned them down, thank god, after noticing their mental state. Mr. Pulito decided though that he would take the case, or I guess the retainer’s at the very least. We have spoken to several attorney’s in Lorain County and nearby counties and they were all shocked upon reading the paperwork that he took the case. Many of them have dealings with Mr. Pulito and said “he’s an all star attorney” and they’re clueless as to why he would involve himself in this craziness. We are now speaking with the Ohio Bar Association and seeing if they can stop this. Times must be very tough for Mr. Pulito because of Covid, but there is no excuse for this. Stay away.
