This happened on a Saturday morning concerning a Lemmon Law-possible scenario that I was confronting. I got a personal phone call from Malicki within a few hours after submitting the form. He discussed the scenario with me and reviewed the options available. It was on a Saturday, and the website indicated the office was not operational. The lawyer was very honest with me by looking at the possible dynamics in the scenario to be exact. This was wonderful because you can tell he is not mainly about making all the moneys. This was an honest position that he held and explained no at that point. He also explained that the problem was a bit unique, and there would be limitations or hurdles that he saw if we moved forward. He also took his time to respond to my queries and gave me some resources and also told me the possible individuals, and I would need to consult if at all I wanted to push the matter further. I appreciate his honesty because most of the time these people can even agree to things they do not know. Also, I have seen some different thing because I always call lawyers and the first response for them does not happen that quickly or not very exact. It is just like calling a doctor’s office to speak to the doctor. But this one was different, and I got the message clear when he could even take that time and communicate all that. If it were another situation, such a person could have looked the other way and not responded (Google Reviews, 2021). I greatly appreciate his honesty versus just being a “yes” man. I could not have asked for better communication from an attorney. Having dealt a couple attorneys in the past, I can say that communication does not typically happen that quickly or that clearly. It's generally much like calling the doctor's office to speak directly to the doctor. Based on his prompt reply and his level of communication, especially when he could have chosen not to respond at all, I would highly recommend giving Jack Malicki an opportunity to earn your business. He doesn't handle this type of legal issue but was very helpful in providing prospective and directing me. Our conversation was brief but very centered on my issue and very helpful.
