I’ve had to do paper work my self when the other workers Comp company has rushed out to the lawyers multiple times to have papers filled out and the attorneys do not respond or reply so it resorts to me getting letters sent directly to me to fill out these papers to get my case moving along very disappointed with this attorneys Never refer them and I will be sending a termination letter end of day today to them 4. I was referred to NRS from my ex after my son and I were rear ended in Feb of 2025. Let me start by saying the accident was minor. I was able to drive away with minor damage to my car. We did suffer some injuries but again they were minor compared to some accidents out there. We followed the advice of our attorney and everything was just settled this month (Dec). Anytime we had questions our attorney Vince or his paralegal Lorna reached out to us that day to answer any questions we had. The amount we settled on I will actually say I was extremely shocked to receive for the size of the accident. Our attorney worked with the hospitals, doctors, p.t, etc to ensure he got us the most money. I had some other financial obligations on my case that he actually reduced some of his payment from me so I wouldn't walk away empty handed. While I never personally met Vince he did his job and that's all that mattered to me. He helped us to get the max he felt we'd be able to get and I would definitely recommend him and use him again should the need arise. His paralegal Lorna who I mostly spoke with and who we signed our papers with is truly amazing. She's such a sweetheart and again was there to help us along the way.
