The first time he went he was a 4-month-old puppy! He is now 5 years old. Courtney gives him his bimonthly glow up. Every time we leave he looks like a million bucks! We love the DogSpaw and everyone that works there!4. tanisha does an amazing job! my dog is very anxious/shy but i can tell she makes my dog feel very comfortable every time! always happy with the service!5. Love this place!! My babies always look so good and the staff is always very friendly6. I took my Bernedoodle here about 6x's he's 6 years old. They are very strict about shaving his face and body down if there is any matting. I understand, but my issue was when I picked him up on the 4th of April. I was shocked to see the groomer had shaved him way to close on his private area. This cause a razor burn which he licked and irritated raw to where he couldn't sleep or sit. I had to rush him to emergency medvet off of 71st and binford the end cost was $300 between visit, cone, topical spray and oral medicine. I called and explained to they may need to change their procedures and not shave that close she rudely said, well you signed the shave policy form. with no compassion. They didn't ask is he ok or anything. We won't be back and I wouldn't trust them with any kind of animal.7. We’ve been coming to DogSpaw for 4 years now. I’ve had a Cocker Spaniel for 13 years so I’ve been through my share of groomers. DogSpaw is one of the best! We see Emily. She does a wonder job especially since we have one who is afraid of her own shadow. It’s hard to get an appointment but that’s because good groomers are hard to find so just plain ahead of time. I’m also obsessed with the Xmas photos they had done. Such a nice touch.8. This was us before being groomed. She had pretty good mats. But she wasn't shaved down to skin. I've had some bad experiences with groomers in the past. Was looking for a groomer in my area and we will be back9. Love this dog groomer! They always do a wonderful job. Tanisha is the best!!10. There not taking new clients. Due to my schedule I had to switch and my schedule has changed and I wanted to go back but the young lady said no. So sad.11. My yorkie always looks so cute after her visit.12. Jen has groomed all my pups past and present. She is so sweet and gentle. I have a miniature schnauzer named Levi, he is groomed here every couple of months. I love the way they cut him and their service. He always loves his groomer!!15. Chelsie is so sweet and accommodating for my senior baby. My corgi loves her.
