Terrible communication, very poor customer service and professionalism. Find another office. During my time working with Matt, I experienced REPEATED issues with communication and responsiveness. I had to follow up multiple times with his secretary just to get an update, and even the opposing counsel found it difficult to hear back from his office. Some places were late to court, and I felt more informed by my ex-husband and his legal team than my own attorney. Moreover, the evidence that was gathered on my behalf was not used in any substantive way, and I felt as though my case never advanced. They even have coffee and great donuts up there sometimes. Hallelujah! Very nice older bank with lots of character. Check out the mailbox in the lobby and everything including Larry's old leather briefcase passed down to him. Good looking bunch.
