He is a good lawyer, but my wife and I both used him for our own divorce, and during the process, I found that my wife was getting better service. He didn't file paperwork like he should have when he did a TOD. I found out by talking to another secretary at another law firm what should have been done. When I called Breyfogle he said he would take care of it. When I called back to see if it had been done I couldn't get them to call me back.
