Summary of Client Feedback: Engraved my 3 name tags at this place, but the words had vanished in 4 months. I went back to explain what the store to help me since the wording was not supposed to wear off so soon, but the owner failed to contact me back. Went back after 2-3 weeks, the worker said the owner was busy but never called. Revisited after another 1-1.5 weeks, and the worker said there was nothing they could do but ask for the owner. In the end, I was told to write a review to attract the owner's attention, so that's what I'm doing. Great customer experience We've taken our dog for grooming at Mutts & Co. multiple times. Every time we visited, the team was friendly and on-time, and the groomers made it clear and role-play what the service details were and afterward, and they've always done a great job. I highly recommend the grooming services. Very good job, Mutts & Co. 10/10. Take your dogs here. -Compliment. A highly recommended place to shop The dogs and I have been in this area we normally pay a stop to the place at least thrice a month. The store is always very organized and the staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent is an understatement. 100% love. Great experience every time I have visited this place a couple of times. The staff are always ready to assist and provide useful information on what I should buy for my cat every time. Every time I go there, they have a smile on their face. Love it!
