Client feedback overview for Pleasant Pooch Boarding, Daycare, & Training: 1. Client, I made a reservation for my dog over two weeks before we were scheduled to need it. Plans changed and I needed to cancel and refund my deposit within 48 hours of the reservation. Unsurprisingly, you have no staff to answer the phone, having 100% “email communication only” going on. So...how would you handle an emergency with my dog? Email? New owners will not refund any of the $96 deposit under any circumstances. For years, my dog has been a loyal customer, and they could have done a lot to keep me happy. The whole lack of personal interaction, layering on fees, and concern about being able to reach them in an emergency has led me to take my business elsewhere. 2. Ollie loves his stays with you guys! He just got back from a 10-day stay. (No issues) Thanks for taking great care of him! 3. Zach, Donnie's trainer, did a fantastic job of getting his attention and making him act properly with other people. He showed me as the owner the training techniques that you need if you wish to train and control your dog. I learned a lot of techniques and Donnie also learned a lot. You're a great Training facility, Pleasant Pooch. 4. I can't say enough great things about Kristin and Reagan! Riley learned so many things in the 4 on the Floor training camp. 10 out of 10 recommend! 5. We love the new dock at Pleasant Pooch! We are so thankful a dock finally opened near us!
