I went in to look at a Chevy Impala 2008 @$3,000, not in the best condition but the overall eye inspection was ok. The guy showing me the car was respectful, when it came down to asking for a lower price the guy was willing to come down a little. When I asked to have my mechanic come run the codes on the car the guy I was working with said ok. Then another guy jumps in and says no we don't have time for that and tells me it's time to go. Crazy part is I had the cash on hand ready to purchase the car at said price if he only allowed me to have the codes ran
I would be cautious with this car dear, if the dealer is not interested in you bringing a mechanic then they have something to hide, and you will pay the price. Always have the car looked over by a mobile mechanic, pay the $50-$100 it could save you from buying a lemon, in Oklahoma you don't have protections against cars that are lemons. Be cautious of the good reviews they could be fake....
