Feedback overview: Quick in and out, easy to unload, Drop and hook. Weekend security took forever to come to desk, when she did she had an attitude. Load was a mess, needed four straps to keep it from falling out the doors. Room for maneuvering.5/4 appt 8 am-12pm. Arrived 5/3 11:45pm, greeted by security, able to park till appt. Awoken at 7:30 backed to dock 6 slide tandems. Mr Axl polite, professional, quick unloading. I would love to come back, restrooms past the corner on the opposite side of the building and security will open the door for you. Missed the encounter with Ms. Dusty as she is retired now. Globe Market is the best way to keep drivers happy. Worst company in the whole of Oklahoma state, I came on Sunday night for a Monday delivery and there was no one on Monday, they told me they will open on Tuesday morning till Tuesday no one came out to come unload my truck, security told me they will open Wednesday mornings so here I am, Wednesday morning and still no one is here and security came out and told me that somebody should come here around noon, I just can't believe it now it's Wednesday I'm here since Sunday and the company is still not open, I have never seen such a bad business, all companies around are working and unloading trucks, if there is anyone in the management reading this review please send someone to the receiving side to unload my truck because I'm stuck here for more than a week now. I was awaken at 0730 and advised to backup to dock 6 slide tandems. Mr Axel was so polite and professional and extremely quick in unloading my trailer. The worst place to unload in Oklahoma, it took forever to have someone come to my truck, one of the roll broke down to the ground and the guy just left it there, and nobody wanted to help with it. I would never come back here again. Dry load, 5 straps were used to hold the load from falling out of the truck doors, refused to sign my bills, sacked me, and sent me back to the security tell them to let me out of the gate. Some Instructions were given to Gaston, the unloader to take the rolls to the designated location. 2. Easy in and out, unload fast. C15-01, Used chains wrench for tie-downs. Enjoyed this delivery, easy to get into, many oriental drivers parked there because it is in a safe neighborhood. 3. Good experience, unloaded quick dry loads. Dock 6 is where I checked in,and I was immediately loaded. Ms Dusty is doing a good job and she is always on time. She opened the door for me to use the washrooms inside. 4. The security guard was very rude, I waited for my turn of unloading, he was very harsh on me, screaming at us as if we were thieves. Dusty was there to unload us, dryload, they didn't look on the time I arrived, and they unloaded my truck fast. Dusty was very nice and professional. 5. This place can be very bad at some point, it took about 4 hours to unload 6 rolls, the first roll, it took 70 minutes. Looking at their workload during the day, it didn't justify the long hours that I spent there. I left the gate and I was never asked why I was leaving. These was a load I was delivering, I'm the one who hired them, and they did that to me. 6. The security guard was very rude in response to my request for a place to sleep, he told me to find a hotel, I was delivering, the truck was parked well the temperature control was good. I was very unhappy with the reception. 7. The security guard was very helpful, I was coming from Virginia, and it was a long journey, he allowed me to pack the track at the right place, the loading was very fast, less than 1 hour, thank you very much. 8. I highly recommend this place to unload, very decent, and polite security at the entrance, I spent the night and I left my truck on their parking lot. The pack was given to me at the entrance, and I was helped to reach the door, if I return to this area, I will come here. 09. It is a good place to unload, very open, the security guard was very helpful. 10. Dock 6, soaps avail, security opens the washroom for you and provides dock parking overnight for drivers, receptions real pleasant, the environment is very pleasant. 11.
