Amy’s practice concentrates on estate planning, including preparing wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, as we as estate settlement, including trust administration, probate, and probate avoidance. Amy’s practice also includes real property transfers and guardianships. Amy attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in May 2005. She was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in September 2005. Amy is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust section of the Oklahoma Bar. Before law school, Amy attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Kimberly’s practice concentrates on business entities law, including the organization and sale of companies and general contract review. Her practice also includes real estate and oil and gas law, including the negotiation of leases and surface agreements. She has also done estate planning for individuals and business owners. Kimberly has been practicing law since 2010 when she graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar. She is a member of the Energy & Natural Resources Law and the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust sections of the Oklahoma Bar. Before attending law school, Kimberly attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Since 2014, Kimberly has served on the board of directors for the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners, where she is the chapter’s vice-president.
