Requested to make my will valid and to rewrite if needed. I had recently discovered in Oregon a Will can easily be contested if a notary was used. I wanted to have my Will fool proof and completed by an attorney. I missed his call the first time and called him back for him to say "a little short of time now. I tried to tell him I had had some documents completed but the Will I wanted to be made secure. He refused and kept saying over and over he didn't want to get sued. However my friend had most of her Will written out on her own and they retyped and reedited it by adding and correcting the legal jargon and proper format just recently. Angoso no suggestions or help over the phone. How unprofessional and negative. I believe he was angry at "something'" and I took the brunt since he was refusing to hear anything I was saying.
