He gave me good advice and listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. I will be looking into retaining him when the time comes. This review is incredible. I was referred to Mr. Flinn the summer of 2018. He gave me some great advice and told me that when I moved back to the area he would be more than happy to assist me with my child custody case. I recently reached out to him again by giving his office 2 separate phone calls which I left messages for him. I followed up both of those calls with an email about a week later. I have yet to be called back or receive a reply to my email from anyone in his office. Initially I was impressed with Mr. Flinn and his kindness to help but now I feel very disappointed and would not recommend him. ** update 4/4/19 Mr. Flinn reached out to me and apologized for the long wait in getting back to me. He has lots of experience, responds timely and was an excellent and confident attorney. Mr. Flinn is a knowledgeable attorney and helped my daughter out of a stressful legal situation. Mr. Flinn ROCKS!! Mike Flinn showed professionalism and kindness throughout my entire case, including the ensuing diversion process. Should have used a public defender. He did not communicate with the D.A. well to negotiate a deal, he just seemed to wait for her phone call and was ready for me to accept her offer without even going over the flaws in her case. Also, he gave me inaccurate information several times including telling me he had a friend at the jail who told him I would be let out early and probably would not spend more than a few days. However, when I got there I was told everyone serves their required sentence. His lack of knowledge also in getting my property back made it hard to believe he ever worked at the D.A.'s office.
