Matthew Watkins is a native Oregonian with roots in a small community near the Oregon coast. Prior to law school, Matthew worked for many years as a building contractor before deciding to go back to school. Matthew earned a B.A. in History from the University of Oregon before going on to law school, earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law. Since graduating, Matthew has represented hundreds of people in criminal cases throughout Oregon. Matthew is a strong advocate who is passionate about defending constitutional rights. He specializes in criminal defense and firearm rights. In criminal cases, Matthew represents individuals facing a wide range of misdemeanor and felony charges, with a focus on helping individuals navigate the complex court system.
