Bya.8. Bya.9. She is a complete and total fraud. She is the best lawyer in this town or so she thinks. She never entered a single piece of evidence, not even the medical records, or her personal therapist. She never interviewed, met in person, or even spoke to any of her client's witnesses before the trial, just told us to collect witnesses (and we did), but then never contacted them or interviewed. She never even read the police report, which was the key evidence in this case. She did, however, live two doors down to the opposing attorney on one side, and two doors down from her own client's ex-mother-in-law on the other side, and has a professional relationship with both of them. Her personal friend is the judge overseeing the trial, and she never disclosed this to the client, which is unethical and illegal- or so we were told only after the trial by the certified paralegal that she was a complete and total fraud. She bragged about her personal circumstances and financial situation, or lack thereof, and used that as an excuse to take the client's money, but wasn't one to give back a refund for services not rendered, or that she was unable to provide to us in the first place. I'd imagine that she would also consider withholding important evidence, as withholding all of the crucial testimonies and proof in this case made her a lot more money, but only for her.
