Our practice is predominantly litigation based. Motor vehicle crashes, especially car accidents, motorcycles, and trucks, make up the majority of our personal injury lawsuits. However, we also handle many different types of traffic collisions. We are a firm with over 26 years of experience. We have an office in Gresham, and we litigate cases throughout Oregon and Washington. My legal career began 21 years ago. I once handled thousands of car crash claims and defended car crash claims in three insurance defense law firms. An important piece of advice I found myself providing to many car crash victims was that they should hire a lawyer as soon as possible. This advice is based on many facts. An adjuster may record your interview before you are represented. The content of that interview can later prove harmful to the car crash injury victim's case, even if the recorded person did not knowingly misrepresent anything. Insurance adjusters also act quickly after a crash and often destroy "evidence" that could help the claimant's case during settlement negotiations or in court.
