I’m very grateful for the help I received from the Buffet of Lawyers, Harry Velázquez and his whole team helped me with a case of Driving Under the Influence, the trouble is that my case was in 2020 and due to the pandemic, my case was temporality closed. But in 2023 it was reopened, and without any court notices at a police stop, they informed me that they had an arrest warrant. As I have a friend who knows them, I immediately called them for help, and that's where Harry Velázquez Gibbens & team helped me. When I contacted Harry Velázquez, he immediately called me and asked me to come to his office, politely attending to my situation. He was honest and sincere in asking me based on my data for investigating my case and why I was been charged. He told me to wait for a few days as he investigates my case. He called after two days to inform me that the case was open, and I needed to be prepared for an arrest. He said that he had arranged for me to follow a diversion program, and I was to meet him in court. Arriving at the court, he made me comfortable and assured me that I would get justice. He defended me by claiming that I was not notified of my court proceedings by the court of Multnomah County and the police in charge of the DUI case. The State prosecutor objected to granting me a second chance, but with Harry's knowledge, he was capable of succeeding by convincing the court that I wasn't aware of my pending case. He advised me to follow the court's instruction and assured me that my case would be settled, and true to his statement, on February 10, 2023, my case was closed. I highly recommend this team of lawyers, especially Harry Velázquez Gibbens, for his hard work, commitment, and communication.20.
