Goldberg & Loren Customer Feedback Summary: My experience with this law firm was a nightmare, I had an accident back in 2023 in November. It took three years to finish it up mostly I did the job for them. I gathered information. I gathered all the bills. I gathered the everything whatever they had or they supposed to do I did for them and they still couldn’t take a responsibility to do some stuff they are supposed to and they’re just charging some stuff then it’s not even supposed to be charged and they are very very poor on taking care of Customer. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone or anybody to choose this law firm they are the worst. They are the one of the worst if not the worst. The process was much longer than I anticipated, nearly nine months. Communication was mainly over text/email and you will have to continually reach out for updates as they will only update you when you reach out. They were professional and responsive after I reached out though. Great nice surprise for my birthday I had a great experience working with my lawyer Jonathan and the rest of the team after my car accident. They were professional, supportive, and always kept me informed throughout the process. They truly cared about helping me and made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend their services. Ivis, Claudia, and Jonathan were great! Quick and very transparent! Highly suggest going through them if you are in any kind of accident!
