Grady Britton is the team my organization needed to produce a brand video that set the tone for all our future brand and marketing campaigns. They began by taking the time to understand what our organization and audience needed. They turned that creative into a product way beyond our expectations. The process was smooth, the client support felt personal, and the whole experience was one of the best of my career. The creative work has been very fun, engaging, and emotive engaging with all available channels. Their media buying is excellent while their podcast placements have been great. They have placed national TV ads that have been excellent. They are easy to work with, communicate very well, and are reliable. We have also place great stories in major publications with the help of Grady Britton. They were very easy to work with and they were always open to our feedback. I also appreciate that they are a company that supports B-corps and our values align nicely. 11. Have always had the A-game producers at Grady Britton. They delivered a super engaging process and outcome on our last project focusing on mission vision and values. There were many iterations and stops and starts with additional insights from our staff and customers and they handled it all with poise and calm. Have worked with them for years and this was not a surprise--they are respectful of our opinions and they do a great job of engaging us into the process. They are always professional and the best at what they do. The final product is something we are all very proud of. 12. Grady Britton was extremely helpful with our organization's mission, vision, and values statement. They were so patient with our team and it took a few iterations but we finally arrived at a final product that we are all really proud of. We can be a picky bunch but Grady Britton took it all in stride and made sure we were taken care of. They are super helpful and always willing to take feedback and change with it. This is one of the easiest projects I've done in the last year—easy to work with and it's always great to have the chance to do something new.
