I was happy with that level of service, considering how stressed I was about the whole project. I also received a satisfactory response to the only mild concern I had, which was about overruling a choice of color I was stuck on, but it turned out they knew better. Slightly brighter than what I would choose but it is growing on me now. They have succeeded in creating a happy customer out of what was initially a doubting Thomas.
