About this business

Client Feedback: Kim is such a gem! she made me feel like she was listening and would respect me from the get-go. The atmosphere she creates is so calm and respectful, and she is so understanding and reassuring that I immediately felt comfortable and safe in her care. Kim was obviously very knowledgeable but also very adaptive to my particular needs, as I have been in and out of physical therapy for many years - and I have never had someone listen to me as well as she did.  I LOVE that she had the knowledge and creativity to adapt astoundingly well! She deserves all the respect in the world. Thanks, Kim! Near the 45th minute, Kim had paid attention to me and gave me info about the next step but allowed me to evaluate the amount of water I had just drank and asked if I needed to use the bathroom or take a break to have a good laugh- and that is much more than most clinicians would do for me. I felt so heard, respected, and safe in the clinic, and I wish all healthcare providers could learn from this kind of atmosphere. AMAZING. Highly recommend. Kim underwent a really detailed evaluation and did a great job listening to me. She quickly summed up my history of physical therapy, my pain and function, and my history of customer service experiences with humility, confidence, clarity, and respect. I felt more heard and respected by Kim than by any clinician in years as she communicated with me. Unfortunately, I have had many disrespectful customer service experiences at your clinic with a person named Jolene. On several occasions, I felt like she never received enough information to understand my problem- like she gave up listening before even trying to understand. More strongly than ever, the most recent interaction I had with Jolene about cancelling an appointment was the most disappointing experience. She jumped to rigid, unhelpful conclusions without asking a question or using information I had gotten from your clinic previously and left an impression that she was dismissive and swayed my treatment recommendation. This last example was so beyond the pale and her previous ones that I felt I needed to speak up. I was not rude, angry, or disrespectful in any of my interactions: I was simply trying to express my concerns, and Jolene ( and I believe it is due to her company's customer service training and quality of work environment, not her intelligence or ability) made me feel unheard, disrespected, and unwelcome. I gave the company all the feedback they asked for and MORE in the following months and I have not even received a response! What is wrong with you people? That just makes me feel like you don't want to hear any criticism, even in a respectful way which is wrong. I am certainly going to leave.
