I believe it is because unprofessionalism and laziness of Allentown office. Booked appointment with one person, but at the office they switched it to someone name Barbara. Barbara doesn't know how to do corporate taxes, but this is not worse part. She hold my documents almost week, didn't work on them and never aware me that- "I am not capable to do this". Ignoring my phone calls and voice messages. Long story short this office is wasted my time and disrespected me as a client. Also, if you have to file corporation tax returns, or business taxes don't go to this office cus they are not well educated on that. They are maybe, might be good for simple tax return like one job w2 1040 form. And they will probably will charge you crazy amount for that. 8. They have a problem with making appointments. I made an appointment through the website but then changed it via phone. When I went to the office they didn't even able to find my appointment. Finally after a 20-minute attempt they found it but not with the person who I supposed to be. overall unprofessional team 9. I had a great experience with Block Advisors. I needed a tax professional who could assist me with a non-traditional tax situation and a friend recommended Shaila James. Shaila was both professional and knowledgeable 10. I did my taxes today, and Larry Wentz is personable, knowledgeable and very helpful.
