Customer Reviews Overview: 1. Been coming for years never had an issue2. I not recomend.3. Very good and very respectful I’ve been having my taxes done for the last 3 years4. It was my first time using their tax service and I couldn’t be happier. Very friendly and reasonable5. I drove over an hour and half for my 10am appointment with Doug that was made over a month ago. There was no receptionist so after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby without anyone acknowledging me, I called the main number to see what was going on. A rude man picked up and was very nasty asking why I called from the lobby. I have never met him before. I later found out he's the owner's son Dan. Finally 10 minutes later, Dan came and to the lobby and I asked him why he was rude to me on the phone. I explained that I had other appointments scheduled for my kids after the appointment. He started shouting at me in front of other customers asking me to leave. I asked if Doug was there to prepare my taxes and Dan kept yelling at me to leave. As I was leaving, he made a racial slur and the man with red hair next to him was laughing. If you're a minority, please stay away from this racist establishment. They lack professionalism and I'm sure there are other minority owned businesses in the area who will gladly take our money.6. I’d leave a single star if if could.7. Our appt is next week8. Keith Moyer and his staff are top notch in there field . I would and have recommended them Highly to myfriends and family .elines tax service has been doing my taxes for over 40 great service I rate the a 10+ scott terfinko9. Agent Garrett helped my sister and I fill out our taxes and he was SOOO helpful and professional. I felt completely comfortable that he knew what he was doing and that he was doing it well. I will be coming here until the end of time.10. Eline's tax service provides excellent service. Have used them for a few years and always have courteous and professional assistance. Reasonable rates. Been getting my taxes done by elines since 85 down on Washington St Dan and Bruno best at doing your taxes fast and at a good price.13. First time using them. Enjoyed the gentleman who did our taxes. And the price was very reasonable.14. Absolutely wonderful in every way. From the time you walk in till the time you leave. I always have Keith do our taxes but everybody in office is great. Went to Eline's I believe 2014 2015 and Keith was fantastic. Then, my wife had an employee who worked for her do our taxes cause she worked at Liberty. It was so expensive we almost fell over. Its just three of us 2 adults 1 child. But, since it was so expensive and in Philly I went back to Eline's. I always tell my wife if it ain't broke dont fix it. So of course Keith was wonderful as always and yes I did read all the reviews. I 110% agree about the pricing.Thank you for making your small difference in this world.15. Been using these guys for years, always nice and friendly. Never had an issue. I would definitely recommend their services.
