Nonetheless, unlabeled CD files caught my attention. Since I was removing old files, I loaded it onto the computer and saw that it contained data from Dallas Hartman, PC. As I sifted through to identify the files, I encountered information for two other individuals intertwined with my own records. I now possess the complete names, dates-of-birth's, and medication list, and confidential information that should not be in my CD. I can only speculate where they accidentally distributed my data. I will try to locate these individuals to inform them of the data breach. This event was irresponsible and shouldn't have happened.
