Customer feedback summary: - Very unsatisfied with how the firm handled physical abuse case. My son was in kindergarten when they took the case he's now in 3rd grade on top of the fact I wasn't notified until I recently reached out through email that the two representative on my son case are no longer working for the firm! - Ben was incredibly professional and easy to speak with. Very impressive - At first I thought they were helping me! But now it seems they are only helping themselves. I am homeless alone and most of all I could have stayed in a motel or possibly somewhere with people I know and had a good holiday. Instead A and F have had control of my allowed claim payout every sense August of 2025 and they felt it was better to make me wait until the middle of January to be paid. They have failed to pay my child support in a timely manner and the communication sucks I have never been treated like a nothing by someone who is supposed to be helping the victims and all the reviews I see all day how great they are !! Pffff what a joke now I have a bunch of paperwork and bullcrap I don't want to deal with because my voice will tell anyone who ask just how BAD they really are. If you are looking to be taken from and put off for as long as possible. Slow played and in the end they want 40 percent of the total pay. That's the biggest scam and fraud set up I think I ever heard.. please there are better people to help people who you can trust with your info and know they are doing you right!! ITS NOT ANDROZZI AMD FOOTE !! - I don't even know where to begin. Every time I get emails from them it's always hurry up and wait. Or they send me someone else's personal information. When questioned and confronted with the information I recieved. They replied with oh it was an accident. The info they sent me was pretty detailed and personal from another clients case. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone. I have waited 6 years just to be told I get nothing after the took the fees and whatever else they could. ZERO is what I am supposed to be happy with. - Wouldn’t even try to work with us. Took the first step towards trying to get justice against my sexual abuser and rapist, and they wouldn’t even attempt to help. Should’ve known better than to trust a male oriented sexual abuse law firm. What a joke. - Absolutely wonderful, highly recommend for anyone who has been a survivor of trauma . The team listened, asked questions and also answered all questions I had . I honestly can't thank them enough. Most lawyers you think they don't care , but this team does . - They handled my difficult and protracted case professionally and with compassion. They kept me informed at all critical junctures, and ensured resolution once settlement was reached. - I think you guys are doing your very Best for us and I appreciate that very much
