Albeit with little satisfaction for me, because the doctor who killed her happened to die during the term of the case.. And the justice for her, that I was seeking, was lost.. Because he's dead, that doctor will never admit that my mom is dead due to his negligence.. Yet the case was won, regardless.. I just want to say that Chuck Marzar saw the wrong and took up the sword for me and my family, when no other attorney would step up. He is an honorable man and a wonderful attorney.
