Marzzacco Niven & Associates Harrisburg Customer feedback summary: Summary of customer’s feedback and reviews of the company. 1. Very unprofessional experience. I worked with this law office for over a year on my case and received almost no updates unless I repeatedly asked myself. They rarely answer emails, phone calls are constantly redirected to voicemail, and messages are not returned. Communication is extremely poor, and the entire process felt unnecessarily delayed. I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and client care !2. Very unprofessional experience. The team at Marzzacco Niven and Associates, specifically Jordan and Julia, gave me my life back after. They took on 3 parties to get my medical bills paid, and get me what I deserved to rebuild. I walked away from what could have been the end. They gave me the ability to build a new beginning, without the worry of having to do it alone.4.
