Customer Feedback Summary 1. Love this guy, Bill, the staff, and the lady who answers the phone. All helpful and kind. Oh. And i cant forget Jack! 2. Love this guy, the other lawyer Bill, the secretary and the lady who answers the phone. All so helpful and nice. Oh. And i cant forget Jack! 3. Been going to him for 32 years for title work, great family. 4. Going on 3 decades getting my deeds done here. I love the man like family! 5. Can't get ahold of anyone. Jone is a very rude, inconsiderate idiot. She has sounded like she's been working there for centuries but knows nothing. I don't know if she's racist, ignorant or just wants a job that only calls for yes or no answers out of her. Even better something that does not require ANY customer service capabilities. Because from 2 weeks of calling she has none. And she seems to never write down my information to call back. This place will not be successful with her around. Sorry, i do not usually write reviews but this place must do better. If you need an attorney this is not the one. Specifically, get Jone off the phone! 6. Can't get ahold of anyone. Did not give any indication that an extension was needed for the original contract and let it expire after ignoring my calls for 3 days. 12. Very helpful!!!
