I believe that we can all relate that changing services, although needed at times, can certainly be an uneasy feeling and very frustrating at moments. I decided to make a big changed and signed up for multiple services with AT&T (internet, cable & cell phone) through James Marketing. Unfortunately, I did run into some communication issues with AT&T, and after bringing it James Marketing's attention, the owner reached out happy to help me resolve the issues. Mr. James is very thorough, diligent, friendly and willing to put his customers first. I appreciate all your assistance.
