Our goal is to provide the best service possible as well as a great haircut. Our haircuts are the most potent form of advertising. Dugan founded Dugan's Barbershop in February 1962. His son, Randy, and Dugan were partners in the company in 1970. In 1985, Dugan passed away, leaving the legacy to Randy. Since then, it has been a family-owned and operated company. This is still the case, although Dugan's granddaughter joined the team in 1996. I think Dugan would be proud.
