We had a deal on the phone with a handshake and I was getting the money. A+ business man Gianni said a deposit is not required at this time. His statement. This was my classical mistake, I do not buy a car each week. The following day it was sold out from under me. There is no malice there, but slimy business is skimy business. I had been shopping for a Lexus CT200h to serve as a daily driver for months when I spotted a 2014 F Sport online at their dealership. It had high miles but it's a Lexus, after all, so I wasn't intimidated by that. Since it's a hybrid, I wanted it checked out by a shop capable of evaluating its hybrid battery life, and I asked New Hope if they could run it down to Thompson Toyota to have them complete a pre-purchase inspection. They agreed, and it passed with flying colors. I found a company to ship the car up to me, as I live 3 hours away, and bought the car sight unseen. Every step of the purchase was straightforward and stress-free. Thank you so much, guys -- I am in love with my little car!6. Bought a vehicle a few weeks ago at New Hope Auto Sales and it couldn't have gone any better. The guys who work there are honest and upfront with you about everything. They hand-select all their vehicles for quality and 40 years in business can't be wrong. I look at their inventory online all the time and it doesn't disappoint. I recommend it to all my friends and family.
