8. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT try to trademark anything through online scammers because that's my story. After finding out that my business name was rejected I panicked and tried calling / emailing the company that I went through and it's been radio silence, go figures. I immediately went on google and searched for trademark attorneys in Philadelphia and that's where I discovered Charles. Esquire Trademarks was one of a few places I reached out to - their response within an hour of my inquiry, they walked me through the process, did an initial search for my name I wanted to register, and talked me through everything.
