Goodman Plumbing Review Summary 14 hours ago Somehow they had the wrong phone number, and we waited, called to check in, gave the my number, waited, called and checked in, the four hour window passed and they said said they called, which they did, but they again called THE WRONG NUMBER, so after leaving the number to check in, they still had the wrong number. 2 months ago Tom was super helpful and very quickly fixed a leak we had. Would recommend their service! 4 months ago Just wanted to thank Boris and Alex for thier job installing new home gas heater. They were prompt and efficient and filled me in each step. Third time I used Goodman and was always very satisfied. 6 months ago I appreciated James's professionalism and patience. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. My system and Ms. Blunt system are working quite well. Thanks to you, have a wonderful day. Keep up the good work. 6 months ago I can't say anything about bad about Goodman Plumbing. The whole company in itself is amazing. I've had multiple jobs done by them and the communication, the availability and professionalism they bring is amazing. I just had my front hose bib done, between billy s and shawn o. They were both great. Billy came and was straight to the point, no false hope. told me what he can do the best he can do without tearing up the inside of my house. and shawn came and executed the job. Which he did great on. They were both very professional. I will always contact them for all my needs. The price was very fair and reasonable. I also appreciate how reliable they are all around. He relocated my hose spigot and replaced my main shutoff valve, and everything was done neatly and efficiently. I'd definitely recommend Shawn and Goodman Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. 7 months ago Shaun D came on time. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Prior to this another plumber came out and he couldn't find the leak. Within fifteen minutes Shawn found the leak. He fixed it and now the water meter is not spinning around. Goodman's is fortunate have Shawn as a plumber. 8 months ago Really wonderful experience with Goodman Plumbing. Bill was super professional. He was out twice, and both times communicated about 45 mins - an hour prior to arriving that he was on his way. He and his assistant got right to work and replaced our garbage disposal and two faucets in our first floor and third floor bathrooms. We've had zero problems since and I know that the third floor job turned out to be a bit more involved than we previously thought. Bill got it done anyway! Would definitely use Goodman again and specifically ask for Bill to do the work! 8 months ago I can’t say enough positive things about Goodman. I initially encountered the company while they worked on a neighbor’s project and witnessed the respect and care they gave that job. When the time came to replace my sewer traps at the sidewalk, I did not hesitate to contact them. Considering that I have a speech impairment, their willingness to work via email and text was greatly appreciated. A crew of 3 guys came and did the project in one day and left the site in great shape. The project lead, Ron, was knowledgeable and efficient and kept me appraised of the progress the entire time. I will be using them for my hot water tank replacement in the future. 8 months ago Goodman sent Jason, who was both pleasant and competent. He assessed our problem (a broken pipe in the downstairs bath) and gave us an estimate, which he was happy to explain. Since he was here, I asked for an estimate on replacing our aging hot water heater. Two days later, we had our repairs and out new HW heater: all very prompt and neatly done. We can recommend both Jason and Goodman Plumbing: they do good work. Not cheap but worth the price.
